Our Benefits
Medical assistance for accident or non-pre existing illness
We offer medical consultations for accidents and acute illnesses. Specialist care is provided with authorization from the GA TRAVEL ASSIST Medical Department. Carrying out complementary medical examinations subject to prior authorization. Hospitalizations will be carried out according to the nature of the injury or illness, with prescription from the Medical Department. This service is exclusive to the beneficiary of the assistance plan, without coverage for companions in bed and/or food.
Compensation for delayed or canceled flight
If the Beneficiary’s flight is delayed for more than six (6) consecutive hours than the originally scheduled one, and as long as there is no other transportation alternative during them, GA TRAVEL ASSIST will reimburse up to the agreed coverage limit for hotel expenses. meals and communications made during the delay and upon presentation of their original receipts, accompanied by a certificate from the airline reflecting the delay or cancellation suffered by the Beneficiary’s flight.
Compensation for lost luggage
GA TRAVEL ASSIST will compensate the Beneficiary in a complementary manner, up to the limit specified in the benefits table.
VIP room entry due to flight delay
GA TRAVEL ASSIST beneficiaries will be able to access the VIP lounges available at the airports, in the event that there are delays of 60 minutes or more, on the flights scheduled for their trip.
